Since joining the firm in April 2025, she has specialized in temporary and temp-to-hire placements, helping law firms and corporate legal departments across the Pacific Northwest meet their evolving staffing needs. Aman earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her academic background, combined with her extensive recruiting experience, has shaped her ability to foster meaningful connections and navigate complex hiring landscapes with confidence.

Outside of work, Aman enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her two toddlers.
