Ashley brings a diverse background and analytical skill set to the Emerald Search Partners team as the Recruiting & Operations Lead. Prior to relocating to the Pacific Northwest in January 2026, she spent her life in the alpine town of Bozeman, Montana.

Ashley has a background in accounting and business financial analysis. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her Master of Professional Accountancy from Montana State University. She is excited to bring her analytical expertise and operational experience to the role, where she supports the team while helping connect Seattle's top talent with exceptional career opportunities.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys gardening, reading, and exploring food and wines from around the world. Since making the Pacific Northwest her home, she has embraced the region's unique lifestyle and can often be found out on the water enjoying all that the Seattle area has to offer.
