Emma is a recruiting coordinator at Emerald Search Partners, playing a key role in supporting the firm’s recruiting team behind the scenes. Her work allows our recruiters to focus on building relationships and placing top-tier talent, while she keeps operations seamless and structured.

A recent graduate of the University of Washington, Emma earned her B.A. in Political Science & Law, Societies, and Justice with a concentration in International Security. During her time at UW she held various leadership roles, serving as a Panhellenic Delegate for her sorority, a Lead Copy Editor of a student magazine, and a Senator for UW’s student senate—experiences that honed her skills in organization, communication, & collaboration, while deepening her passion for supporting others.

Outside of the office, you will find Emma taking a hot yoga class, enjoying a leisurely stroll with her partner, or mastering a new recipe.
