Eryn is an accomplished legal professional and Recruiting Manager at Emerald Search Partners. Bringing a comprehensive foundation in full-cycle recruitment, law firm operations, and contract management, she specializes in connecting top-tier talent with premier legal teams across the Pacific Northwest. Eryn has worked across both the corporate and public sectors. Her strategic, proactive leadership and deep understanding of the legal placement landscape allow her to deliver relationship-driven, personalized solutions that seamlessly align the goals of both clients and candidates.

Eryn earned her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, where she served as Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law, Business, and Policy. She also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Global and Cultural Studies from Whittier College.

Beyond her professional commitments, Eryn’s greatest joy is spending time with her son, Gabriel, at sporting events, discovering new foods, and reading side by side.
