Greta is a Recruiting Manager specializing in direct hire placements. She brings a proactive and thoughtful approach to recruiting, with a focus on understanding the nuanced needs of clients and aligning them with candidates’ long-term goals to create lasting placements.

Greta graduated from University of Washington with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Dance. During her time in college, she was drawn to opportunities that allowed her to take initiative in mentorship and collaborate closely with others, including recruiting participants in a research lab, serving as a teaching assistant, and working in hospitality roles. These experiences honed her ability to create welcoming environments and bring attentiveness and intentionality to every step of the process.

Outside of the office, Greta enjoys photography, watching sunsets with friends, and dancing.
