Laura joins Emerald Search Partners from the nonprofit sector where she dedicated 7 years in many different roles. She is most proud of her time serving as an AmeriCorps member for three different service projects. For nearly 4 four years, she served as a campus recruiter for a large, national scale nonprofit where she worked tirelessly to fill 3,000 AmeriCorps positions nationwide.

Laura prides herself on providing an excellent candidate experience with the purpose of connecting great candidates to equally wonderful firms, all while building lasting relationships with her candidates.

She hails from Ventura, California, where she was born and raised, then moved to Seattle to attend Seattle University to pursue her BA in Political Science. Laura has always had a passion for politics, law, and community service. She now resides in West Seattle with her husband, son, and 2 pets. Outside of the office you can find her in the gym lifting heavy or at the beach searching for marine life with her son.
