| June 28, 2003 My father in law is selling his 1985 RX7 5-speed. The car is with me in Merrimack, NH - about an hour north of Boston. This sounds like one of those
urban legends, but it is true. He is the original owner and is now 78 years old and
downsizing to a new home where he will no longer have a garage. It is a VERY Special car for the right owner. Imperfections: The car suffered a fender bender on the passenger side a couple of years ago, and the door and front quarter were replaced. The paint match is very good, although a discerning eye would notice the paint difference. Please don't email looking for a "bargain". This car is not a bargain, it is a special RX7 that will be purchased by someone who loves these cars and wants one of the best examples left in the world. (I'm not being ridiculous here either, I just don't want a ton of emails asking if I'll take $2000 for it. I won't. I know what the blue book value is. It does not apply to a car like this.) You may notice the color inconsistency in these photos. I did. They tend to make the paint in some of the pix looked washed out, but in real life it does not look faded. I'm not a pro car photographer, and in some of these the flash went off and some it didn't. If you have questions, I will try to answer them. I am no RX7 expert, but I can tell you about the condition of the car. Jeff

The white dots you see are snow. The interior is in beautiful condition.

That's under 40,000 ORIGINAL MILES

Tires are in excellent shape with around 95% tread left.
Notice part of the inner wheel well with zero rust.

You can see a scratch above - the only significant one I could find.

This photo shows the dings in the drivers side. They have been touched up with factory touch-up paint, which you can see in the photo.

There are no cracks or dents in the front lip.
