Elizabeth graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Human Resource Management. During college, she was actively involved in campus life, serving as Recruitment Chair of her sorority and as a Mental Health Peer Educator with Cougar Health Services—experiences that sparked her passion for people-focused work.

Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
