For over two decades, Greg has partnered with law firms and companies in identifying and recruiting top-level professionals. Prior to co-founding Emerald Search Partners with Priscilla and Kibby in 2014, Greg worked for a large international recruiting agency as well as the world’s largest e-commerce company where he was recognized as one of the top recruiters worldwide. Greg has assisted and placed thousands of professionals in permanent, direct-hire positions throughout the United States, and he brings an extensive knowledge of recruiting, training and leadership to ESP.

While now mainly focused on legal recruitment of Attorneys, Management, Paralegals and staff for law firms and corporate legal departments for ESP’s clients and candidates, Greg also has driven searches with clients for IT, Administrative, Financial and Creative professionals.

Greg earned his J.D. from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and his B.A. in History from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. In his spare time, you will most likely find Greg and his wife out on the trails with their trusty dog or cycling or playing baseball with teams around the country.
