Kibby brings over 20 years of recruiting and staffing experience in the Legal and Accounting & Finance fields across the Pacific Northwest. Before co-founding Emerald Search Partners, she spent many years with a large international recruiting firm, where she earned recognition and awards for both her success and leadership. Throughout her career, she has helped thousands of candidates find their next opportunity—whether in temporary roles or direct-hire positions—with organizations of every size.

What sets Kibby apart is the time and care she invests in getting to know her clients and candidates. She believes strong relationships are the key to making the right match and takes pride in creating connections that last.

Kibby earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific, where she was an active member of her sorority. A Seattle native, she now makes her home in Bellevue with her husband, twins, and their Aussiedoodle. Outside of work, she can often be found cheering from the sidelines at her son’s football games and her daughter’s volleyball matches, tending to the garden with her husband, and taking walks with the family dog.
